Privacy Policy

What we collect

• URLs you shorten — stored to make the short link work.
• Click data — when a short link is visited, we record the timestamp and general location (country, not precise location). IP addresses are used only for rate limiting and are not stored long-term.
• Account data — if you sign up, your email address is stored via Clerk (our authentication provider). We do not store passwords ourselves.
• No tracking pixels, no third-party ad trackers.

How we use it

• To make short links redirect to their destination.
• To show you click analytics on your own links.
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
• We do not sell your data. We do not show ads.

Third-party services

• Clerk — handles authentication. Their privacy policy applies to account data.
• Supabase — our database provider. Data is stored in their infrastructure.
• Vercel — our frontend hosting provider.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated links at any time from your dashboard. For any data requests, contact us at hello@rgks.my.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (set by Clerk). No analytics or advertising cookies.
